Need help with relationships? Here’s a perspective to consider!
1 Peter 4:8.
“Above all, love each other deeply, because love covers over a multitude of sins”.
This verse comes from the book Peter, who is one of the first apostles of Jesus. In the book of Peter, it guides us through his struggles while following Jesus and his life. During Peter’s discipleship, he also struggled to communicate with his significant other and struggled to forgive but overcame those hardships. Like Peter, as we have many obligations in our lives and try to understand our partners, we may sometimes get a little lost and miscommunicate. While maintaining a relationship, whether it’s a friend, family member, or significant other, there’s going to be ups and downs. Sometimes, when we find ourselves in situations where it’s hard to understand each other and the significant other’s actions don’t align with our own ideals, REMEMBER that it’s better to forgive and know that a strong love can overcome wrongdoings with grace.
